1. Object
These general conditions define the rights and obligations of the parties in the context of the remote reservation of services offered by our establishment, the contact details of which are specified in this reservation confirmation document. They govern all the steps necessary for the reservation and the monitoring of the reservation between the contracting parties. The customer acknowledges having read and accepted these general conditions of sale and the conditions of sale of the reserved rate accessible on our reservation platform.These general conditions of sale apply to all reservations made online, via our reservation platform.
2. Reservation
The customer chooses the services presented on our reservation platform. He acknowledges having read the nature, destination and reservation methods of the services available on our reservation platform and having requested and obtained necessary and/or additional information to make his reservation with full knowledge of the facts. The customer is solely responsible for his choice of services and their suitability to his needs, such that we cannot be held responsible in this regard. The reservation is deemed accepted by the customer at the end of the reservation process.
3. Booking process
Reservations made by the customer are made via the electronic reservation voucher accessible online on our reservation platform. The reservation is deemed to have been made upon receipt of the reservation voucher. The customer undertakes, prior to any reservation, to complete the information requested on the voucher or reservation request. The customer certifies the veracity and accuracy of the information transmitted. After the final choice of the services to be reserved, the reservation procedure includes entering the bank card in the event of a guarantee or prepayment request, consultation and acceptance of the general conditions of sale and the conditions of sale of the reserved rate. before validation of the reservation and, finally, validation of the reservation by the customer.
4. Acknowledgment of receipt of the reservation
Our reservation platform acknowledges receipt of the customer's reservation by sending an email without delay. 5. Warranty
A guarantee of the reservation is necessary according to the specific conditions of the offer either by credit card or by a deposit payment (the room rate with breakfast and the options for all nights of your stay) upon reservation or at the latest until 8 days before arrival. You can pay the deposit by bank transfer. Cheques are not accepted. In the event of cancellation outside the free period (see "Cancellation") the entire stay will be charged to your credit card or the deposit will be lost in cancellation fees.
An inventory of fixtures as well as a security deposit may be requested from any customer.
6. Cancellation or Modification
The customer is reminded, in accordance with article L. 121-21-8 12° of the Consumer Code, that he does not have the right of withdrawal provided for in article L. 121-21 of the Consumer Code. consumption.

Our general cancellation conditions are as follows: Free cancellation up to 2 days before arrival. In the event of cancellation of your reservation by Petite Emeraude (in the event of illness, fire, water damage or other force majeure) your stay will be fully refunded and we will try to offer you alternative solutions.
7. Consumption of the service
In accordance with the regulations in force in certain countries, the customer may be asked, upon arrival, to complete a police form. Any behavior contrary to good morals and public order will lead the establishment to ask the customer to leave the establishment without any compensation and/or without any refund if payment has already been made. The customer accepts and undertakes to respect the Internal Regulations. 8. Liability
The photographs presented on our reservation platform are not contractual. 9. Children
Minors are not allowed to book a stay. To stay in our house, a minor must be accompanied and supervised by their parents or another adult who is responsible for them.
10. Insurance
Customers are responsible for all damage or degradation, whether intentional or accidental. We will invoice you for the costs of repairing or replacing items as well as any additional costs if, for example, we cannot accommodate the following customers due to damage caused by you. You must be covered by civil liability defense and recourse insurance. Proof of insurance may be requested at any time. The owner declines all responsibility in the event of theft or bodily or material damage occurring in the property.
11. Payment
The customer must pay for their stay in full on site, upon arrival, by bank card, MasterCard, Visa, Maestro, ApplePay, in cash (euros only) or with ANCV or ANCV connect holiday vouchers. Cheques are not accepted.
Any reservation or payment which is irregular, inoperative, incomplete or fraudulent for a reason attributable to the customer will result in the cancellation of the order at the customer's expense, without prejudice to any civil or criminal action against the latter.
Any modification or introduction of new legal or regulatory taxes imposed by the competent authorities will be automatically reflected in the prices indicated on the invoice date.
12. Schedules
Arrival: your room is available from 4 p.m. on the day of your arrival. We welcome you by appointment - please inform us of your arrival time at the latest the day before. You can arrive until 9 p.m. at the latest.
Departure: you can use your room until 11 a.m. on the day of your departure. If you leave later, a supplement may be charged. In case of departure before 8 a.m., please inform us the evening before your departure at the latest.
13. Respect for privacy
The customer is informed, on each of the personal data collection forms, of the obligatory or optional nature of the responses by the presence of an asterisk. The information processed is intended for the establishment, elloha.com, its entities, its partners, its service providers (and in particular online payment providers). The customer authorizes elloha.com to communicate his personal data to third parties on the condition that such communication proves compatible with the carrying out of the operations incumbent on elloha.com under these general conditions and in connection with the Customer Protection Charter personal data. In particular when paying online, the customer's bank details must be transmitted by the payment provider stripe.com to the establishment's bank, for the execution of the reservation contract. 14. Convention of proof
Entering the required banking information, as well as acceptance of these general conditions and the voucher or reservation request, constitutes an electronic signature which has, between the parties, the same value as a handwritten signature. 16. Reimbursement
If you need a refund from Petite Emeraude, please note that we always refund using the payment method you used to pay for your reservation (the same credit card or the same bank account for example). The reimbursement is made as quickly as possible but depending on the case it may be necessary to have information confirmed, for example by the bank, before proceeding with the reimbursement. We undertake to refund within 30 days of cancellation at the latest.
17. Breakfast
The continental breakfast is served every morning in the veranda or in the dining room from 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. (with some exceptions). The law requires us to sell a bundled service (room, cleaning and breakfast), breakfast not taken is therefore not refundable.
18. Animals
In the double room with terrace "Cancale" you can stay with your dog (max. 1 animal). A supplement of 8 Euros per night (without food) will be charged. A basket, bowl and towel can be provided. We have a dog and a cat who also live on the property. Please ensure that your pet is up to date with its vaccinations, anti-parasitic treatment, etc. Pets cannot be alone in the room. We do not offer pet sitting services. You are entirely responsible for any damage your pet may cause. In common areas the animal must be kept on a leash.
The other rooms are not accessible to animals.
